Elgin Recycling has been serving the scrap metal industry in the Chicagoland area for 30 years. As a full service scrap metal recycling company we accept ferrous, non-ferrous and exotic metals as well as, paper, cardboard, plastic and electronics. We are happy to take care of your needs whether you have 10 lbs of aluminum cans or 40,000 lbs of copper wire. We are a full service processing facility known for our quality service, integrity and dedication. We are sure you will have a trusting and comfortable experience at all of our Chicagoland locations.

We have grown from our original recycling center, to four full service scrap metal facilities in Elgin, Palatine, Crystal Lake and Gilberts.

We service all companies, large and small, including industrial, commercial, contractors, job sites and residential accounts. We accept walk-in business at all of our locations.

Our goal is to provide our customers with supreme prices and fast, dependable service.

We provide all our customers with on - site services, as well as job - site pick - up. We weigh and pay on-site for your convenience, so you can receive payment immediately. We also provide roll off services for 20, 30 or 40 yards available.
